Bring Your Own Financial Statements (BYOFS) and apply accounting and finance concepts directly to your own documentation, ensuring you leave with immediate, actionable insights for your specific organization.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for mid-level professionals, small business owners and consultants who do not have formal training in finance and accounting. It is for professionals who want to become more intelligent users of finance and accounting information.

Keely Gohl is an adjunct professor at the Daniels College of Business, teaches executive education classes for the Colorado Society of CPA’s and is a registered CPA and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant).

Schedule and Format

This workshop will be offered in-person on the University of Denver campus. Class begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. each day and lunch is included.

To prepare for this class you will need to complete a few short action items that generally take 20-30 minutes. Please expect an email two to three weeks before the class begins with details on how to complete these action items.

Participants taking the workshop for credit will have an assignment to complete at the end of the course.

Eligible DU Staff can use their Tuition Waiver to participate in Executive Education workshops, gaining valuable knowledge and skills for a fraction of the workshop cost. Workshops must be taken for-credit, and to receive credit, you will need to complete a short assignment at the end of the workshop.

There is an $8 tech fee that is not covered by the tuition waiver.
