Effective Team Management

This one-and-a-half-day hybrid workshop is designed for mid-level managers and team leaders. As a pivotal member of your organization, you sit at the intersection of frontline execution and broader strategic direction. This course acknowledges that reality and equips participants with tactical, immediately applicable tools, not abstract or “someday” leadership concepts. The learning is grounded in real-world scenarios that reflect the pace, complexity, and cross-functional nature of today’s work environments.

Meet Your Instuctor: Hope Errico Wisneski

Hope Errico Wisneski is an adjunct faculty member. She is the COO at Raise the Future and principal of HEW Strategies, LLC. Hope also teaches in the EMBA program at the Daniels College of Business. Her work in Executive Education’s programs focuses on management, leadership, and business and strategic planning.  She is a purpose-driven and engaged leader focused on building excellence in teams and driving innovative solutions to complex organizational problems.

Hope earned her Executive MBA and MSW from the University of Denver and trained at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. Her studies have led to a deep knowledge of innovative and transformative business planning, merged with social justice principles and a passion for creating positive change for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Schedule and Format

The full-day workshop will be held in-person at the University of Denver from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The follow-up online session begins at 9:00 a.m. and finishes at 11:00 a.m.

Register for Credit

Eligible DU Staff can use their Tuition Waiver to participate in Executive Education workshops, gaining valuable knowledge and skills for a fraction of the workshop cost. Workshops must be taken for-credit, and to receive credit, you will need to complete a short assignment at the end of the workshop.

There is an $8 tech fee that is not covered by the tuition waiver.
