Meet Your Instructor: Philip Beaver
Dr. Philip Beaver has been at Daniels since 2010, where he is the Director of the MS in Business Analytics. He served on the Army and Joint staffs at the Pentagon as a Senior Analyst, was an associate professor of applied mathematics at the U.S. Military Academy and served in the Army from 1983 to 2008. He is the Chief Data Officer of DocBuddy, Inc., the Data Science Advisor for LDGR Capital LLC, the Chief Data Scientist of OGx Consulting, and is with 6 other companies. He is formerly the Chief Analytic Officer of Cypress Partners, LLC, the former Chief Data Scientist of R.Index, and the former Chief Analytic Officer of Claremont Information Systems, LLC

Schedule and Format
This workshop will be offered in-person on the University of Denver campus. Class begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. each day, and lunch is included.
To prepare for this class you will need to complete a few short action items that generally take 20-30 minutes. Please expect an email two to three weeks before the class begins with details on how to complete these action items.
Participants taking the workshop for credit will have an assignment to complete at the end of the course.

Non-Credit: $2,300

Register for Credit
Eligible DU Staff can use their Tuition Waiver to participate in Executive Education workshops, gaining valuable knowledge and skills for a fraction of the workshop cost. Workshops must be taken for-credit, and to receive credit, you will need to complete a short assignment at the end of the workshop.
There is an $8 tech fee that is not covered by the tuition waiver.
