Two paths. One goal: advancing your career in real estate and construction management.

Both master's programs at the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management deliver the same core expertise, but they’re built for different stages of your career and different professional goals.

If you want: a specialized master’s degree with three tracks, offering a traditional in‑person experience enriched by industry engagement and networking opportunities, choose the Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment

If you want: a master’s program with a fixed curriculum offered fully online, designed to educate you where you are, choose the Executive Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management
