How to Register Using Your HRIC Tuition Waiver Benefits
As a DU benefited employee, you have the option to take DU classes, including Daniels Executive Education workshops, using your tuition waiver. Full-time employees are eligible for 20 credits/academic year after completing six months of employment. There are tuition waiver options available to your spouse and dependent children, as well.
Please follow these steps to register and ensure your tuition waiver is approved and applied as needed:
- Ensure your tuition waiver benefits cover the chosen workshop. You can verify with your manager and discuss any specific requirements or limitations.
- Apply/register for the appropriate Executive Education course using the for-credit registration option. You can find all of the for-credit registration links in the course catalog above and on the specific course webpage.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Executive Education. Within five business days, you will receive a second email that either confirms your registration or asks for additional information (if needed).
- We will email you when your for-credit registration is complete and it is time for you to apply your waiver to the course (usually two weeks before the course begins).
- Once you have been registered for the class and received your email, log on to MyDU. Open the Employee Resources drop-down menu on the left-hand side, then click the “Benefits Information” button.
