At the heart of all family enterprises is the legacy of the family and their relationships. This is a powerful asset, but it brings unique challenges. The Bailey Program for Family Enterprise offers quarterly Roundtable events where you learn and connect with others in your community who are embracing similar gifts and challenges as you.
You’ll hear from thought leaders in the field and engage in meaningful networking with other family business founders, their partners, employees, rising generation members and family office executives. With breakout groups and powerful questions, Roundtable events help you turn new insights into actionable plans to help your family thrive. Join as a member of the Bailey Program for Family Enterprise, and get free access to Roundtable events, webinars, annual dinners, family business site tours, peer forums and more.

From The Office of Your Family to the Family Office:
Options for Managing All Forms of Family Capital for Continuity, Connection, and Collaboration
This session will focus on exploring the types of structures, organizations, and practices that help enterprising families flourish, achieve sustainable continuity, and realize their desired future story for continuity. We will explore various forms of family capital, foundations and types of family offices, and systems that clarify roles, responsibilities, and relationships.
Participants will explore the foundations of a traditional family office as well as flexible alternatives that offer the benefits of coordination and support without requiring a formal legal office.
