Balistreri Vineyards in Denver, CO
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the power, purpose, and legacy of family enterprise.
This year's Bailey Program for Family Enterprise Annual Dinner & Gala will be held at beautiful Balistreri Vineyards, a multigenerational family business renowned for its natural, traditionally crafted wines and warm hospitality.
Enjoy exclusive wine tastings, a behind-the-scenes tour of the winemaking cellar, a delicious dinner, and meaningful connection with family business leaders, owners, and advisors who are helping shape Colorado's economy and communities across generations.
Together, we'll celebrate not only what makes businesses successful, but what helps families thrive.
Our featured presentation from Rodrigo Himiob, Every Role Matters: The Power of Family Members Beyond the Business in Driving Cohesion and Legacy, explores the often-overlooked contributions of spouses, parents, siblings, next-generation family members, and others whose support strengthens family relationships, continuity, and shared purpose.
Whether you are actively involved in the business or contribute in other meaningful ways, this is the perfect event to bring the entire family together to recognize and celebrate the many roles that make lasting success possible.
Come honor the impact of enterprising families, deepen relationships, and enjoy a truly unique evening of learning, connection, and celebration.
Purchase your tickets today—we look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Presenter:
RODRIGO HIMIOB is a family enterprise advisor at Generation6 and a dedicated advocate for the inclusion of non-operational family members and spouses. Born into a third-generation enterprise, Rodrigo deliberately established his own successful career in engineering management to forge an independent professional identity. Recognizing the distinct difference between operating a business and governing one, he pursued an MBA in Family Business to become a highly educated shareholder. Throughout his independent career, Rodrigo remained a vital connection point for his family, prioritizing relationships and communication across branches and generations. He leverages this firsthand experience, alongside his credentials as a Private Directors Association-certified board member, to help business families build cohesion. He understands deeply that transitions fail in relationships rather than financial models, and he guides families to address human dynamics before implementing structural solutions.

Please contact Helena Karchere to discuss being a founding sponsor.
